One of your managers I think her name is Michelle is constantly playing on her phone and yelling at employees for doing their job. Aside from profanity she doesn't seem to do much aside from be rude to employees and customers in both the lobby and drive thru. The last time I was there I had to wait for my order to be taken for 15 minutes as she was on her phone talking loudly and obnoxiously.May 04, 2017
